What to expect: A 60 min energizing vinyasa yoga flow set to the rhythm of afrobeat music. This full body workout targets upper and lower body, core, and cardio.

What to bring: Water & Towel. Mats are provided

 

About Jules:

Jules is a 200HR trained Yoga instructor with over 100 classes taught. She is passionate about challenging her students to push their beliefs about what is possible within their bodies. Her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance.
