Guided by Sydnea and her dynamic R&B playlists on our yoga mats, we'll take the opportunity to breathe mindfully and enjoy a playful movement experience together.

Deep Tissue Massage: Our deep tissue massage will help treat muscle pain, relieve severe muscle tension, and improve stiffness. Perfect for those with chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
